How Covid has Affected Education

While in all other areas, Covid-19 has impacted people in a very negative manner,
it has impacted education for teenagers in a somewhat positive way.
Since teenagers don't have to go to a physical school building, they can
get their education from the comfort of their home. So at the end of a school day
they have much more energy than before the lock down started.
This in turn has helped them pay more attention to the current lesson.

However for younger students it's not that easy. It is harder for them to just sit in one
place for 30-60 minutes. They suddenly get up in the middle of a lesson and go play
with their toys or don't pay attention at all and let their mind wander all around the
universe. As suggested by some experts the interactions should be modified to
increase engagement with the child.
Students of all ages are getting badly affected as they are not able to meet their friends or
communicate with them on a regular basis in the school environment.
In spite of all this, there is some positive impact too. People are now learning how to do many
new and different things. We are able to pursue hobbies we could not spend time on because
of school, work, etc. For example, I could enhance my skills in music, drawing and writing.
This is the new normal and we have to accept it as such, the negative and positive both.
